After surgery ongoing urology care
Here I am almost six years after successful prostate
cryosurgery
still seeing the surgeon every six months for DRE, PSA and urinalysis. My PSA's have been level around 0.3 over the entire time. It doesn't cost me anything out of pocket BTW. Do I really need this level of care and vigilance?

Metastasis Directed Therapy (MDT) is here to stay for Oligometastatic Patients!!! Part (2) Cryo and Thermal Ablation
For my next items, I would like to see where we are using
cryosurgery
and thermal ablation (laser, radiofrequency or photodynamic) in MDT.

My options in dealing with a metastasis
MO said I had two options:
Cryosurgery
or Proton radiation. Met with RO and he said that it is too dangerous to radiate since I had prior radiation for initial treatment (1996).

Chronic cervicitis
I had
cryosurgery
on some cervical ectropion to see if this was the cause of my increased discharge and afterwards the burning increased immensely. The discharge has decreased but the burning sensation is ever present (some days worse that others) and it’s really getting me down.

Please help!
I went to see gynecologist who referred me for
cryosurgery
and biopsy of cervix to get rid of mild etropion to see if that would decrease my discharge and burning pain. I also had a pelvic ultrasound which came back all clear no further action.

Stemcell Paste
I've tried surgeries, neurostimulators, nerve blocks,
cryosurgery
, radio frequency, & medications galore! The only therapy that relieved my pain is stem cells. For the past 4 years, I'VE HAD ADIPOSE STEMCELLS. ON January 18,2017, I received an injection of stem cell paste to my pudendal nerve.

Living with endometriosis as a student? and depression?
I am having
cryosurgery
to remove it. I am also anemic, and the loss of so much blood and iron makes me feel weak and faint. I am also really concerned for the future, if this carries on, how will I get a job or be able to get the qualifications I need if I can't even attend school regularly?
