Post Ablation Hypertension
My BP has continued to climb and has been unresponsive to Bystolic 30 mg,
Cozaar
(losartan) 50 mg, and Inspra (eplerenone) 25 mg. My HR is still 55, but my BP is now 160-170+/56-65, with symptoms of fatigue, mild headache, and mild lower leg edema.

Trimix with atrial fibrillation meds
I was discharged with amiodarone (Pacerone), apixaban (Eliquis), losartan (
Cozaar
), and metropol succinate XL (Toprol XL), at least temporarily. I would like to know if anyone has combined these meds with trimix injections.

Is a wide fluctuation in BP readings normal?
Right, so as a last resort my GP has put me on
Cozaar
comp a combination drug in which one component should conteract adverse effects of the other. I started off slowly, taking one every other day and the cough came back but I persevered and have taken one each day for three days now.

Tapering off Cozaar
Cozaar
seems to be causing nasty side effects of joint and muscle pain. I’m only 54 and prior to this drug could walk several miles per day. Has anyone tapered off? I’m on 50 mg. Plan on cutting in half. Any thoughts?

Whats a safe oral med after getting off insulin?
I've been on victoza & lever for about 3 years now. My a1c over that time has gone from 9.2 to now a 6.7. I've lost 30 pounds & have a healthier lifestyle now which includes exercise & eating better. I take Hyzaar for my bp. I was diagnosed with early kidney disease after my first son. I've been in metformin

Has another had problems with taking blood pressure medication?
When I have tried to take blood pressure medications like
Cozaar
I swell up w/fluid, I get very nervous, to the point I can't stand myself. Then I get symptoms like my blood is sticky. The livedo is horrible, I have muscle pains & low back pain.

Losartan (Cozaar)
I've been to see Cardio and he has put me on 10mg Cardicor (was7.5) and prescribed Losartan. (I'm also taking Warfarin). Anyone got any information on Losartan. I'm not very happy about the increased dosage or having to take something new. I have looked up Losartan and read all about angiostensin, but
