Is a wide fluctuation in BP readings normal?

Right, so as a last resort my GP has put me on Cozaar comp a combination drug in which one component should conteract adverse effects of the other. I started off slowly, taking one every other day and the cough came back but I persevered and have taken one each day for three days now. The coughing wasn't quite so bad last night but this morning I feel lightheaded and my BP readings fluctuated from 132/65, dropping to 109/63 then back up to 132/63. Is that normal or should I be concerned?
