Advice on blood results pls
Further to my previous post I had my bloods done re: possible adrenal issues / anxiety poor coping mechanisms with stress. The results are below. I’ve rung up and queried the cortisol as there seems to be no further action but no result other than the time of sample 09.16. I’ve also been aware of being

Levothyroxine and hydrocortisone
Hi. I have low cortisol lately. 68. I’ve been on Levothyroxine for 11 years and suddenly this year each time I take it my cortisol drops significantly causing so much weakness I can’t sit up or walk. I’ve been prescribed hydrocortisone but it s more like a sedative for me. It doesn’t pick me up. Has

Circadian T3 Method
I know the circadian T3 method can be used to increase low cortisol levels. Can the circadian T3 method be used to increase DHEA? Have been on DHEA for 4 months not getting on very well with it. Your comments would be appreciated.

Cyclical symptoms
Ok so I know I have low cortisol and I’m supplementing all my bits and mins (ferritin is still low but “within range”!) everything else is ok but not great. My hormone levels were tested earlier in the year and I was told they were fine (this is the only thing I don’t have copies of the results for).

General help and advice on sorting my thyroid
Hi all, I'm going to try to keep this short but the story is a bit long and complicated. You can see more in my profile but at this moment I would like to see whether a trial of T4 would help me. I have very little energy and lots of pain walking up stairs/hills especially. I guess I've had that

Grinding knees
I have taken the
cortisone
shots which did not work for me as they should have. I had been prescribed a few (6) rounds of physical therapy. I now have NO cartilage in either knee (you hear and can feel, if touching, the grinding) and have rheumatoid arthritis in both knees.

Plaque Psoriasis
I have tried everything to help him with this including
cortisone
cream, foot doctors who have grinded and shaved the plaques, and still he suffers. It seems to be seasonal often worse in the Summer months. Does anyone have any remedies they could suggest?

Possible new diagnosis, thoughts?
So she prescribed me topical hydro
cortisone
and sent me on my way. So of course I go home and do a bunch of reading on this disease and come to find out it's a lot more serious than just a bunch of painful ulcers. By the next day, I am feeling 10x worse.

Feeling weak first thing in the morning.
Hi everyone. I’m GCA and now down to 5mg Pred ( been at 5mg for the last month)....18 months since diagnosis. I feel pretty good most of the time but the last week or so I’ve been feeling weak when I get up in the morning. It doesn’t last...10 minutes or so at its worst and then I just feel a bit slow

Glasgow
I am looking for recommendations for a doctor in Glasgow - or surrounding areas. I have a diagnosis of premature ovarian insufficiency (POI) aka early menopause at 21 now 44 and Hashimoto's last year. I recently found out I have low cortisol. I felt great taking HRT (Livial) for years but became intolerant

If Short Synacthen Test negative for Addison's, what tests would follow for low cortisol?
Question is what further tests might I expect and would they be affected by
cortisone
injections?

Side effect of statins - anyone notice worsening itchy rash?
The GP keeps giving him moisturiser with blasts of
cortisone
cream sometimes. I have just discovered statins can cause an itchy rash. Has anyone else experienced this effect?
