I am looking for recommendations for a doctor in Glasgow - or surrounding areas. I have a diagnosis of premature ovarian insufficiency (POI) aka early menopause at 21 now 44 and Hashimoto's last year. I recently found out I have low cortisol. I felt great taking HRT (Livial) for years but became intolerant to it and quickly after I stopped, approx 3 months, I was diagnosed with ME. I'm convinced they are all connected and that rebalancing my hormones would help but my GP is useless as my TSH is 'in range'. I've been pretty much housebound for 7 years and utterly desperate to get some life back. Any ideas or suggestions will be much appreciated.

You can email Dionne at ThyroidUK for the list of thyroid friendly doctors and whoever you can travel to you could ask for feedback from members, who will have to reply by private message.

If anyone can suggest a doctor in the meantime, please respond to Franny by PM.

As we can't discuss individual doctors on the open forum, I will close your post to replies.
