Levothyroxine and hydrocortisone

Hi. I have low cortisol lately. 68.

I’ve been on Levothyroxine for 11 years and suddenly this year each time I take it my cortisol drops significantly causing so much weakness I can’t sit up or walk. I’ve been prescribed hydrocortisone but it s more like a sedative for me. It doesn’t pick me up.

Has anyone experienced this. And if so how did to rectify it on what different medication please.

I’m now desperate.
