Genotropin Human Growth Hormones
Hello good people, The only available human growth hormone in my country is Genotropin by Pfizer. Has anyone ever used it as a HGH to improve egg quality in IVF?

Tests results: MTHFR mutation
Hey, hope everyone is doing well. So just as a bit of background I'm prepping for my third and final IVF cycle next month. After my second cycle failed my consultant recommended a heap of tests to just "cross the ts" and it's taken ages for all the genetic tests to come back. In that time the tests

help with brands
Hi Am new to the forum. Was diagnosed in February with hypothyroidism level TSH 12. Started on Levo 50 mg and it has come down to 5.1 and recently 4.7. GP has now put me up to 75 mg but collected today and they have given me totally different brands. Was taking mercury before and felt ok (ish) now

Problem with GP
I am at the end of my rope. My GP has put me down to 25mcg of levothyroxine every other day due to a constantly suppressed TSH. I am very unwell and due to have cataract surgery on the 14th. I am still taking 25mcg every day as I had extra tablets. The GP has said my results are normal (already posted

Test Variation
Hi all, Just a quick question. When you have a private test, why do the results vary so much from the GP tests? My TSH tests when done privately come back in the 6 and 7s but when I go to GP and they run them it comes back in the low 5s and therefore ‘normal’. I feel like I’m just wasting money on

Possible to be both Hyperthyroid & Hypothyroid?
Hi guys, So have just been to my GP and as advised on my last post I requested to increase my Levothyroxine by 12.5mg to see if I'd feel any better. My GP said that as my TSH is 1.44 I'm in the sweet spot and an increase isn't required. She then went on to inform my that I had been Hyperthyroid initially

High cholesterol and high TSH with mixed connective tissue disease
Hi. I've been diagnosed with Mixed Connective Tissue Disease. Has anyone else experienced cholesterol going up in tandem with TSH? I also have high blood pressure (150/90). When I questioned an NHS endo about the relationship between the high cholesterol and MCTD, he dismissed it completely.

MCTD diagnosis, finally!
Hi everyone. If you've been following my posts, you probably know I've been very frustrated with the NHS. I decided to go to India and get all my tests done and see a doctor as well. I'm in the clear for Hashimoto's, Coeliac disease, RA and lupus. I have mixed connective tissue disease. The increasing

Update on appointment re Low TSH
The Endo was very compassionate and understanding, spent a long time with me (35minutes +) going through absolutely everything, listened to all the information I had ( thank you team!) and everything I wanted to ask etc. Initially she suggested lowering my Levothyroxine (no surprise there), but agreed

Thyroiditis
I am a 64 year old female and after being diagnosed with endometrial cancer (successfully treated) in Feb 2022, I was then diagnosed with suspected thyroid cancer in Mar 23 after a large goiter appeared on the RHS of my neck. However, after a FNA and core biopsy this was subsequently diagnosed as Thyroiditis

Worries prior to treatment
I'm sorry, its me, panicking again. Has anyones folicle count ever been incorrect? I'm only 31 and only have 7. I know it only takes one egg but I don't know whether to do a few cycles of collecting before having a transfer. My AMH is also near the bottom end of people my age. Trying to be positive
