Natural remedies for hypothyroidism

Hi i am looking for natural tinctures to help get my TSH up to near normal/normal form <0.001

i have found on another site that some people use a tincture of Bugleweed and lemon balm.

Does anyone use it? has it worked? where in the uk can i get it? (the site has a lot of Americans on it)

Please can you any results you’ve had including lab range. for full thyroid you need TSH, FT4 & FT3.

Do you know what’s causing hyperthyroid results? Important to confirm if it’s transient or continuous. Which thyroid antibodies have been tested?

High levels for a prolonged time needs to be treated with antithyroid & usually managed by a specialist.

Some feel natural remedies can help with symptoms eg anxiety / sleep ect but it likely won’t have any affect on the thyroid over producing which is the cause of them.
