Colonoscopy
and 24 hr urines were clear. Stool sample showed faecal elastase to be abnormal at 124 where it should be higher than 200. This indicates an issue with my pancreas. I have had a ct scan and I am guessing that I will need to see the gastro when all results are back.

I then had a
colonoscopy
which found nothing. I have been back and forth to different physiotherapists and most people have admitted that they know little or nothing about PNE. In 2-17 I went to see Dr Gareth Greenslade in Bristol who is an expert and he told me that I did have PNE.

Fecal calprotectin content over 2000! Help!
I had a camera apparently it wasn’t a full
colonoscopy
in the September and they diagnosed hemroids. My symptoms got worse and worse to the point I can’t pass wind and I loose so much fluid from my bum. It was decided I would have explorative surgery in the July.

I am now waiting to be seen to see if i may need a
colonoscopy
to see where the bleeding is coming from. Has anyone else experienced a similar issue?

What herbal medicine can You choose for lower abdominal pain due to chronic prostatitis?
In case of abdominal distention, male patients should go to the hospital for a detailed physical examination, such as B-ultrasound of the urinary system and digestive system, urine routine, prostatic fluid test, blood routine,
colonoscopy
, stool routine, etc., so as to make a clear diagnosis as soon

Can't believe it!- new gastro finally ordered IF and parietal antibodies without me even mentioning B12 - after countless years of suffering
I also had 2 endo/gastroscopies and 1
colonoscopy
and I was always told all was fine, while I have severe atrophy. I asked her if this could point in the direction of Pernicious Anaemia and instead of saying "we have to wait for blood results first" she said "yes" quite unequivocally.

CT Scan Results, New Medication :-(
Eventually, after discussing this issue (and others) with my primary physician- she sent me for an endoscopy and
colonoscopy
. Turns out that I had pretty significant gastritis- all the way up to my esophagus.

Good news
Had my every 10 yr
colonoscopy
this AM and all good. Next one in 10 years. Yahoo. Back of ibrutinib that I held for 3+ days before. No lymph nodes bouncing up not that I thought there was much of a chance, but glad anyway. A bit out of it from the anesthesia so I will keep this short.

Iron deficiency anemia
Colonoscopy
and endoscopy came out clear and really clean so we attributed it to iron deficiency. Currently iron is at 20 compared to a range of 50-175 and ferritin is at 3 compared to a range of 8-388. I changed my diet to include lots of spinach, broccolu, etc and started an iron supplement.

Possible Crohns Diagnosis (please help!)
I had a
colonoscopy
on 11th Nov, where they found very mild patchy erythema at the end of my colon, going into my small bowel. The consultant doing the procedure asked if I take a lot of NSAIDs, which I don't but he did not seem to overly concerned.

Worried.
They are sending her for urgent
Colonoscopy
and the camera down her throat. The hospital said they were putting her on the Cancer pathway, We are very worried. I would be most grateful for advice as she has a nine year old son.

Is colonoscopy safe with Pca with rectum involvement
The gastro ent. said to get the above tests done and then mentioned that we may have to do a
colonoscopy
. My dad did a
colonoscopy
3 years back wherein one benign polyp was found. My question is that is it safe to do a
colonoscopy
due to rectum involvement of his prostate cancer?
