BNP levels raised....update......well, not really!
You may recall my post a few weeks ago about this. liver dialysis
hello Has anyone heard of this new treatment “Liver Dialysis’ apparently cleans your liver out of toxins, improves your bloods? I’m seeing my transplant team for the first time on 9th Aug and apparently I think I’m boarderline if I need a transplant, so was wondering if this treatment would be better

Good news
Whilst I am still struggling with getting help for my son, I had a bright spot of news this week. Had a consultation with my liver nurse, first time face to face since lockdown. My bloods have been great for several years, ultrasounds all good too. I had a Fibroscan as I hadn’t had one for around 4

Help with blood tests please - Triglycerides high again
Hi All, Would appreciate help with my recent blood test results please. I am taking 75mcg/100mcg alternate days. Then upped my T3 in April to 12.5mcg per day after blood tests showed high cholesterol. My recent tests show T3 increased from 4.3 to 5.47 so very positive increase. LDL down from 3.4

Hello, I’m 31 and had some bloodwork done last week and I had an ALT of 60, everything else was normal. My doctor didn’t seem very concerned. enlarged heart
Hi I’ve had AF for a number of years now but it seems to be controlled by bisoprolol apart from my Apple Watch telling me I’m in AF which I wouldn’t have realised. Anyway blood tests have shown I’m very low in B12 and vit d and anaemic and I’ve been feeling dizzy, tired and my ankles and feet swelling

i’m at 69-year-old male that has had four oblations in the last eight years for a fib. I am now in a flutter persistent 100% of the time. I’m considering another ablation in November by one of the top doctors in the country. I Heard that sometimes too many oblations can cause a stiff heart which I am

Going off Horizont help
The 600mg Horizont started causing the same alerting that the pregabalin and gabapentin had so my very understanding primary care doctor suggested clonodine. Started last night, while staying on the 600mg Horizont and had a good night, so the plan was to reduce the Horizont to 300mg for 4 days and then

Curing RLS not just treating the symptoms
Thank you for the priceless pages of RLS tips and advice! I’ve been struggling to diagnose my 3 year old son’s sleep issues his entire life. A sleep study reveled his “kicking legs” last year which (we believe) set us on the right path. So far, adding
