Citicoline

Does anyone have any experience or knowledge about the benefits of citicoline supplementation on AMN?

A veteran's health fellow introduced me to an article on Citicolene. Is any forum member or their partners with PD actually using this therapy as it relates to PD and if yes then please advise the result? Regards

Request for Information Hi from the UK, I take trihexyphenidyl (2 mg 2 x day) I want to take Citicoline but I’m sure I read somewhere that the two are not compatible as one stops the other from working. I’d be very glad if anyone has any experience of this.

I've tried things such as Tudca and citicoline, B1 and melatonin, all of which I stopped. Why? I just felt them to be ineffective(?) and not worth the expense. I continue with several supplements, but who knows.

I also have added citicoline. I get wearing off at about the 3-3.5 hour mark, and I do have pretty severe food interference so as the day goes on it works less well. even if I space it "correctly" from food. She wants me to start Rytary at three 145's at 8am, 2 and 8pm.

Read a few posts about Citicoline n PEA. , mannitol or ambroxol or Berberine. Wondering if I should start on at least one of them for my symptoms. If yes, any suggestions which one should I go with? thanks so much for guiding me!

Really she wanted to know about citicoline so I shared a lot of information by email and she asked lots of questions. I thought it was going to be about grumpiness. Instead she was really worried about gait changes. I'm dragging my foot much more noticeably and stiff on start up.
