I have used MCT oil, one tablespoon per day in my coffee. I feel less brain fog.

I take a tablespoon of c8 each morning with coffee on an empty stomach. It helps with energy and also acts as a laxative. I also take 10-15ml of KetoneAid per day which is a Ketone Ester. Hasn’t stopped shakes, can’t know its slowed progression - but I have lots of energy and do sports, work out vigorously and Im sure it helps.

My HWP has taken DHA (liquid fish oil) and CDP citicholine, for quite a while. Started this year. Trying to stop dyskinesia. He’s had coconut oil daily for many years now in his breakfast.

Dyskinesia seems to be lessening but he’s also added in Pea and recently glutathione. It’s one of the many things he takes. I ve written about it if you click on my posts. Never tried ketone diet, mostly Mediterranean type.

Thanks. How do you time the oils and the supplements?

Most supplements in the morning after breakfast and first lot of meds. Coconut oil in his porridge at breakfast. The oil is only a teaspoonful which is added to a vitamin C drink with the other supplements.

I think some people take some of their supplements in the evening but we find that problematic.

I use 1 - 2 oz of coconut oil in my food per day. I have stopped my iRBD sleep events so I am definitely not removing from my diet. My triglycerides are 83. Be careful as I do not eat grains and very minimal sugar (mostly unrefined in fruit), fast daily, OMAD, extreme diet, and extensive exercise daily. Not a bad price to pay if I am successful in stopping the progression of PD and LBD.

I take MCT oil C8/10 every morning with my tea, I'm not on a Keto diet. and I also take DHA - 2 grams a day and 350 mg a day of citicoline. I do not have tremors, I'm rigid dominant. Stopped my dyskinesia (Levodopa induced).

MCT oil…C8 is an excellent laxative and provides Ketones directly to one’s brain.

She is using for her patients fish oil with highest DHA to treat and then prevent dyskinesia and Citicoline în spațiate and reduce your doses of Levodopa Carbidopa . She will explain you all necessary at Online PD School
