Help! My doctor is refusing to test my Thyroid Antibodies
I have been feeling really really drained of energy for a few months now, maybe even coming up to a year. I nearly fainted a couple of times and the OH pushed me to go to the doctor to test things out. Now there have been symptoms as well that I was having. - I have had carpal tunnel surgery even though

Carnitine 'Damages heart'
Over time, we have seen L-carnitine mentioned quite a number of times. As well as the more general issues of appropriate diets. Today a specific story relates why red meat might specifically be an issue - and the taking of L-carnitine, lecithin, choline or betaine supplements (see towards end of story

If you have Familial cholesterol, why dont you have a stroke or heart attack at a very young age?
If your born with this cholesterol problem, then i imagine your cholesterol would be high as a child, therefore applying the same or similar risk as a teen or adult.... Bear in mind the amount of crap a child can eat.....when i was a child it was breakfast of any cereal (eg frosties with full fat milk

Regaining health naturally :-)
About a year back I was diagnosed with a heart condition called “stable angina” also called “exertion angina”. Since my discussions with my doctor showed that neither bypass nor continuous medication as good choices, I was advised to study nutrition as one alternative method to reduce weight and regain
