Update on my CLL diagnosis
The timing of symptom onset is suspicious for
chemotherapy
-associated neuropathy, although this is not typically associated with Obinituzumab or Venetoclax. Micromedex does report dizziness/vertigo occurring with Venetoclax.

After initial relapse from
Chemotherapy
started IMBRUVICA in 2016 until February 2023. Had to stop due to health issues. After 9 months of no treatment it's back like a bad dream. Pre-Mutation stage so just started Brukinsa, like today.

Myelofibrosis - GVHD - graft, versus, host, disease
In the meantime I would need a week of radiation treatment followed by being admitted into an isolation cubicle for an intense
chemotherapy
course. This would last a week. It knocked me for six.

Back in 1979 I had a rare cancer in my bladder, as a result I had
chemotherapy
and radiation therapy and had my bladder removed. As a result I've had a urostomy bag for best part of 45 years! (This does not bother me at all its part of me 😀).

Pluvicto Failed - Next step
He asked me if I really thought I could stand another round of
chemotherapy
. Even though my PSA is rising, he said we should take a 30- or 60-day rest to try to strengthen my body through blood infusions to see where we go next.

He has just finished 6 rounds of Taxotere
chemotherapy
. He has taken Orgovyx and Nubeqa since his diagnosis. I am exploring holistic adjunctive therapy for him.

I have questions about Tamoxifen, aka Hormonal Therapy
My 2nd opinion Oncologist
Four Options
: 1) Do nothing, take a break...Which I am going to do for 2 months at least. 2) Do a biopsy, but currently I show no signs of recurrence. 3) Do
Chemotherapy
4) Do Hormonal Therapy, aka Tamoxifen.

PT-112 Immunotherapy Trial
From the side effects, it feels like about 10 percent of what
chemotherapy
felt like to me (docetaxel+carboplatin). After a few days of mild nausea after each treatment I mostly feel fatigued and foggy, but I'm still continuing to work.

Goods news
I had to consult a private oncologist in Oxford (as no one in the NHS had time for further discussions with me) He confirmed my readings that
chemotherapy
(because of my genetic mutation zlras G12v) and immunotherapy (because of my lack of Pdl 1 (0%) were unlikely to help much in case of recurrence

My midway scans are showing my lymph nodes that grew after my huge debulking surgery in March have not shrunk with the
chemotherapy
and I have some nodules on peritoneum ( nothing in any organs) So he can’t say that the chemo hasn’t worked in other type cancer but it’s not doing anything to these ones

Side effects of both chemotherapy and radiation to treat CLL and lymphoma
Over the last five years I’ve had two fairly intensive bouts of
chemotherapy
: ABVD and COP followed up by radiation. Recent check-up about a month ago at Sunnybrook Hospital in Toronto indicated that I was still in remission from both since 2020.

Running Out of Treatment Options; LU-77
Hello everyone, Unfortunately
chemotherapy
did not work for my father as there is progression on one of his nerves in his legs, which contributes to his inability to walk. My dad is set to start the LU-77 trial in September. If this fails, are there any other options?
