Pseudogout
Recieved a call from nephrology to cut back on the Calcitriol to 3 days a week because the meds made my
calcium
level spike. Sometime during this situation I acquired a severe pain in my ankle that radiates up my lower leg. The pain is excruciating. My meds doctor told me it was pseudogout.

Low calcium levels in the blood.
I eat a very healthy vegetarian diet including plenty of
calcium
Rich diary foods. I have had three separate blood tests weeks apart and all three have come back with low
calcium
in the blood. I’m waiting to see a consultant but I don’t understand it. Does anyone have any ideas?

Vascular calcification
I take
calcium
and vitamin D on prescription as the coeliac was undiagnosed for years. Anyone heard of this? The article on the net aren’t very user friendly and the Dr is doing a call back but I’m not sure when. Been type 1 for 44 years. Ju

Supplementing with K2
Also that k2 helps to keep
calcium
from building up in the arteries and keeps stiffness down of the blood vessels. How much would a dose be for someone who weighs about 120 lbs? 68 yrs old woman. Thanks for any info. Hope everyone here is safe and well. See that UK is under lockdown again.

SVT AVNRT ablation
AVNRT successfully ablated and was told that I no longer need to take Flecainide or my
calcium
channel blocker but I have to remain on Apixaban. It's worth asking to be considered for a cancellation. if you are in a queue.

Month nine reports
She's getting my gp to prescribe a
calcium
/vitamin D supplement as those readings are a bit low, so that answers another question. She had no idea when the vaccine will come my way and indicated its all a bit unpredictable who and when.

Diltiazem for atrial fibrillation?
I am thinking of asking my cardiologist about Diltiazem (a
calcium
channel blocker) as an alternative, having seen on other threads that some get on well with it for a variety of heart issues in place of Bisoprolol. Does anyone find Diltiazem alone controls AF?

Doc said there's nowhere left to go
Potassium,
calcium
and phosphorus have all been critically low at times and I can't keep them up with supplements. My husband just turned 62. The doctor told him at the last appointment that he's not in good enough shape for more chemo. The arm lymphedema has made his right arm unusable.

Wiggly and wobbly legs from iron deficiency?
Anyone feel the RLS in their legs and everything, and then when you try to get up and move around you just feel too weak to keep standing? These past 2 days have been bad. I don’t know how to stop the restlessness. I was drifting in and out of sleep at around 11:30 PM, and every time I woke up I’d

feeling hopeless and anxious
i know i’ve been posting a lot and i’m sorry for that, but i’m just so depressed and anxious. the RLS has gotten worse in the last 2 weeks and all i have is gabapentin, valium, and some supplements. the soonest i can see a new neurologist is February, which is better than my original appointment in March
