Diagnosed with coronary artery disease and unstable angina feel anxious
Hi all, I have cad and unstable angina, I was diagnosed 18 months ago. I'm on the usual meds statins, calcium channel blockers, beta blockers, aspirin and, my gtn spray which I can't do without... I feel I was diagnosed, which was a shock and then left to fend for myself, I feel alone in all this

Bone loss - loss of flexibility, can’t tie up shoe lace - Denosumab (Prolia)
Just a further question to yesterday’s post on Osteoporosis, a couple of years’ ago I had a couple of mets which were treated but had caused bone loss on my pelvis. My lastest scans thankfully shows no further activity but I’m currently finding that I’m losing flexibility and cannot move my right leg

Six years into PMR. What should my GP be testing me for?
I have had PMR for 6 years and have never successfully got below 10mg per day. I recently tried a DSNS to reduce to 9mg over 2 months and I just couldn't do it. 10 mg is where I really need to be. I am so lucky that I have few and minor side effects and am happy to stay at 10mg to maintain my quality

I honestly don’t even know if this is the right forum to post on, but my Doctor says that it’s Fibromyalgia causing this, so here I am. I’m 20 years old, I have endometriosis, fibromyalgia, Gastroparisis, and Polycystic Kidney Disease. I’m honestly just never... ‘well.’ I’m always sick every single

DEXA dilemma
Morning all. I posted my recent DEXA experience on Sheffield Jane’s thread the other day, but thought my own thread might be helpful. Briefly, i was due to have my 2nd DEXA scan in May at the local NHS hospital. Covid19 happened, I didn’t get an appointment. Understandable, but disappointed as have

Heart Monitor Implant Advice Please
I would be very grateful for any advice on having a heart monitor implant. I had a telephone consultation with the cardiac consultant today and he asked for my consent to book me in for this procedure, he fully understood when I asked for a few days to think about this and discuss with family members

Calcium supplementation
I currently take 300mg of Magnesium Glycinate in the evening to help me sleep. I take Vit D and vit K2 Mk-7 except for the summer months when I make sure I get some sunshine. However, I do not take any calcium and as I am currently following an anti-inflammatory diet I am avoiding most dairy and eggs

This meme gave me a chuckle this morning and how true it is. I have 2 toilet paper destroyers. 😂😂 Decided today is a good day to have a good day, so I’ve decided to take charge and take advantage of it when I wake up feeling okay. Feeling okay is much better than I was yesterday. 😁 Thanks to everyone
