Managing endometriosis / adenomyosis pain during treatment.
I am currently on
Buserelin
and Estrogen Patches in prep for my FET first week of Jan. Prior to this I had Prostap for 8 weeks and it really helped with my pain. Towards the last week of the Prostap I could tell my pain was increasing and since starting the other medication it has gotten worse.

goserelin and ACTH
I am wondering how and if GnRH medications like Zoladex impact the ACTH production and if the activity of the adrenal production of adrenal androgens feeds the prostate cancer cells independently of the LH / testosterone route. Also as cortisol is increased with various other physical and psychological

Abnormal cells on cervical smear whilst on Buserelin.
Hi All Im not really sure where to begin on here, I am feeling so deflated. I am currently waiting to restart drugs for my FET (date not confirmed) after my last implant date was cancelled 3 days before. I am doing IVF PGD due to a genetic condition my husband has. I had my usual cervical screening

?anyone know alternative options for out of stock Buserelin/Suprecur
I am in process of having treatment at a US clinic and they have advised to add in
Buserelin
known as Suprecur (GnRH analogue) into my treatment but it is out of stock in the UK. They have suggested several different other options which are either unavailable in the UK or out of stock.

Started my 1st Cycle - Buserelin Injections
Hello lovelies, I've just started
Buserelin
injections and am finding my emotions are really heightened, despite it only being the first week. Is this normal? I'm also very sleepy and having hot flushes, but thankfully other than that no major side effects.

Gearing up for second transfer...
I just started my
Buserelin
injections for our second round of FET. We had a first round in August - BFN with a 5AB embie. We had stimulations and freeze all in May because I developed OHSS.

Busereline shortage
Hello, Does anyone know where I can get Busereline? None of the pharmacies have it in stock and their suppliers don’t have it either. I will be starting stims in 11 days and we were hoping to use it alongside the trigger injection. Thanks Sam

Natural vs medicated FET
During our fresh transfer, I used
buserelin
trigger and then had a very short luteal phase despite progesterone and estrodiol which meant I bled after 4 days and our top grade embryo didn’t even get a chance to implant.

agonist versus antagonist issue
Switching to Degarelix or maybe the oral version after 5 months of monthly goserelin implant ? With the evidence on cardio and other risks reduced with using an antagonist such as degarelix or relugolix what’s the view on the benefits of doing this when having already started in the RT plus goserelin

How much would 7 days of buserelin roughly cost?
Hello, I am potentially going to need to add
Buserelin
into my next cycle to keep me down regulated. It wasn't planned because my ERA is having to be repeated because there was too much tissue and not enough medium in the sample so the tissue wasn't testable when it got to the clinic...

Low Egg Retrieval
They told me to take 1 Ovitrelle and not to take
Buserelin
I questioned it and they told its one or the other. I follwed their advice. 4 eggs were retrieved this morning. I do not want to be ungrateful for my 4 wonderful eggs. But we are crushed.

Missed day 21 Buserelin shot & 3 month start question.
Hello, I have 2 questions that I would really welcome advice on… 1) I was meant to start my
Buserelin
shots last night as it was day 21 on the long protocol. However I came away without it. I’m wondering if it’s ok to start on day 22? Any experience with this?

Confused! Down regulation with Gonapeptyl
Due to the
buserelin
shortage I’ve been given a one off injection to down regulate me for a FET. Those using Gonapeptyl/ Prostrap/ Decapeptyl, how many days after the injection was/is your baseline scan? Xx

Buserelin Trigger
I triggered with
Buserelin
due to being at risk for OHSS and I have read that this can lead to a short luteal phase which is why they prescribe progesterone (2 x 400mg) and estrogen (6mg) daily. I just can’t help feeling that I have had a short luteal phase despite being on those doses of meds.

hi all Have any of you had the Prostap injection instead of
Buserelin
and found your period was delayed afterwards? If so, how delayed was it?
