Decreased dosage of ibrance
What factors / side effects determined a lowering of your ibrance dosage . I started at 125 mg for 1 year ,lowered to 100 mg for 9 months . I am curious about dropping to 75mg and hoping to elevate some fatigue. I do understand blood count levels are a main factor but wondered if there are others ?

Hi newbie here
Hi, I’m Dawn from Wisconsin. In 2011 I was diagnosed at 53, with Mets to the bone. No prior history. I was given 6-12 months. I started on Avastin, Femara. About 2-3 years in I nearly died, and my doctor took me off Avastin. I remained on Femara. That’s held me stable until current. My markers are on

Ibrance questions
Is there an alternative to ibrance? What is the longest amount of time someone's been on ibrance? Does it compromise quality of life? Does anyone know of any clinical trials for stage IV metastatic breast cancer, with estrogen positive bone only mets?

What shall I do?
I’m new to this condition (AF). I am waiting for my telephone conversation with a cardiologist at my local hospital. As I am having AF episodes nearly every other day (yesterday I had an episode in the morning at 9am when I had just woke up and another at 11.30pm) can I take paracetamol or anything

Ibrance - to start or not?
Hi everyone - I'm posting on behalf of my mom, Maria. She was diagnosed with Stage II breast cancer in 2012, had a mastectomy and was put on tamoxifen (no chemo). We found out it came back in September of 2018. She currently has 2 tumors in her bone - t2 and l4 regions (only bone, no organs). She has

Pain in side?
I have had severe pain in my right side for 8 months or so. Had CT scan during admission but as always my lungs to precedence. Seen pain management in February after scan showed tiny impact fracture. But it's not that. I do have lots of bone pain and may have another nerve block. This pain is at waist

Awful, awful, awful taste with Ibrance
Can anyone explain why everything (except chocolate ice cream and hard mint candy, plus about 5 other things) tastes horrible when I take Ibrance, all 7+21 days, and leaves an equally bad aftertaste? Solution? I've taken Ibrance for 4 years and it has made 11 tumors disappear, so I'm not complaining.

BC, METS, LYMPHEDEMA
I had a grapefruit size breast tumor in Fall 1992, considered terminal. Beat it. Bad Lymphedema in my arm & back and frozen shoulder. Beat them. Feb. 2016--13 tumors. Hysterectomy took out 6 uterine tumors, radiation killed Breast CA that had eaten my sacrum and one Breast CA at the top of my spine

Just starting ibrance
Yesterday I had my first faslodex injection, and today I take my first ibrance. I’m one of those who reads all prescribing info, and it sounds identical to the warnings about the IV chemo I had before. I’m interested in the experience of other people, and how seriously you take the warnings not to floss

Liver lesion
Hi all, I posted in March about an indeterminate liver nodule .8x.8 cm. Yesterday my scan showed the lesion has grown to 1.1x1.2 cm with several darkened areas elsewhere in my liver. My markers have doubled. Even though 2 radiologists have said the location would be difficult to biopsy, they believe

Postherpetic neuralgia from Shingles
I am 75 and I have Postherpetic neuralgia from Shingles, which I had on my perineum. It has now been over one year and I am feeling really low. There is nothing the doctors seem to be able to do as they say there is no other treatment and it has to take its course. I am on 200mg per day Pregabalin

Migraine headache
I just finished my sixth cycle of Ibrance and letrozole. The last two months I’ve been having headaches nearly every day and most recently they’ve become migraine headaches. Today I actually experienced 5 minutes of speaking difficulties with the headache. Does anyone else seem to have headaches like

Slight increase in tumor marker
I started Ibrance and Letrozole last month and did great. Tumor marker seemed to come down from 70 to 58, but I had always taken my multivitamin and double dose of B complex which I learned you shouldn’t take before tumor marker bloodwork because it can show the marker to be lower than it actually is

Hello all! I don’t post much on here but I am on here everyday reading all of your posts and I have to say we are all one strong group of ladies. This rollercoaster ride sucks... I am currently on that ride. I was diagnosed in Dec 2016 with numerous Mets to my bones. I was put on letrozole and Ibrance

MRI Scan
Hi I had my liver MRI yesterday with gadolinium. I dread MRIs but it was actually not too bad and I kept my eyes closed throughout the 45 minute procedure. I’m having my underarm ultrasound and biopsy next Weds. I guess I will get my results at my next appointment with the Oncologist. In the meantime

New Ibrance Pills
I know others have posted about the new Ibrance and packaging... just started on my second week. The coated pills are so much better on the stomach. It’s a big improvement!😀👍

Thanks
Thanks everyone for helping me put the liver mets into perspective. My Oncologist said it was a change in treatment and I did well on Ibrance for 22 months and should do well on my new treatment. So now I am to take Fulvestrant and Alpelisib( as the genetic testing I had done in December showed I have
