New Ibrance Pills

I know others have posted about the new Ibrance and packaging... just started on my second week. The coated pills are so much better on the stomach. It’s a big improvement!😀👍

I’m aware that palbociclib is now available in tablets. My recent script, here in the UK was still the capsules.

I understand one of the advantages of tablet form is that you don’t necessarily need to take the tablet with a meal??

Yes still on the capsules here in the U.K. ....hope we get the new coated pills soon ... maybe they are still using up stocks built up for Brexit ?!!!! x

Yes, the coated tablets are so different. I have taken them on an empty stomach and no nausea! I used to eat a big meal— to take the Ibrance. I heard from my pharmacy— in U.S. that everyone here will be transitioned to tablets this summer. Hope it is not too long for you in the UK.

Just had my first one today but couldn't get it out of the package had to have my hubby do it. It blows me away how much money they probably spent on the design of this packaging (I'm an architect so I notice these things). It's beautiful but not accessible for those of us with crazy sore thumb joints.

Yes..I was so disappointed to get capsules again, but I was promised, my next shipment will be tablets..I'm so ready, because I'm allergic to the capsules shell.

I received my tablets this month & like them much better. I’m in Florida. If your thumb hurts to open it, you can open them with a back of a spoon. ❤️🙏❤️
