Lignocaine infusions for erythromelalgia
Hello, Community. I have Lupus, severe Raynaud's and a long history of secondary erythromelalgia of my feet. It has got steadily worse over the last few years and the persistent effects are now deemed to be ischaemia reperfusion injury. It is much worse when the weather is hot or I have been walking

Mouth Ulcer relief!
I just want to share that I have found a few things that have brought me some significant relief as I deal with mouth ulcers on my lips, tongue and gums. I found a mouthwash at Natural Grocers called Miracle Mouthwash. It it manufactured by "Uncle Harry's Natural Products" and claims to be non-toxic,

different types of mets
Hi, my name is Christine, and I have MBC since June 2020. (hormone positive, her2 negative). I had mets to lungs, liver, bones and was on Ibrance and Letrozole, which I tolerated quite well. After my last scan they told me that my lung mets had decreased in number and that 5 of my 6 liver mets had

Ladies I need your advice, I’ve been off ibrance & letrozole for 5 months due to having tumors & radiation. The ibrance had lowered my blood count so low they had taken me off anyway , now doc wants me to go back on lower dose, I have tumors in my lungs & I have another mri in August to check for more

Any Experiences with Palliative Care?
Any folks have experience with palliative care. I have had MBC for slightly over 5 years and currently taking Faslodex andt recently (4 months ago) added Ibrance. I've been given many painkillers from Tramadol to Oxy and even CBD and Medical Maraj. but all of them make my pain more intense. I'm miserable

Anyone had a MRN? Prolotherapy? Interstim or neuromodulator for pudental nerve issues?
Hi. Has anyone had a MRN- which is a MRI Neuro graphy to diagnose issue with pudental nerve? I know a diagnostic pudental nerve block can be done but am wondering if there is an actual test that someone had that can find “where” the pudental nerve is being compressed or entrapped ? Also- anyone have

Stable. Thankful. Loving the winter sunshine.
If you look closely, you’ll see my little girls, Stevie, running madly towards me with a ball in her mouth. So. Good news for me yet again. 3.3 years in, still on 100mg Ibrance and Anastrozole with Dunocumab/Xgeva jabs monthly. And after my 3 monthly scans I get told yet again I’m stable. Slight rise

Forgot to take my Flecainide - no adverse reaction
I usually take 200mgs/day Flecainide, the only drug I take. Yesterday for the 3rd time in 7 years I forgot to take one of x2 100gms. On the first occasion I was very worried and even cancelled an overseas business trip due to start the same day. The second time also very concerned, yesterday just uneasy

PARP inhibitors
Dear Friends, I was first diagnosed with breast cancer in 2004. I am brca1 positive. Initially I had double mastectomy and did well until 2016 when I had metastasis to axillilary lymph nodes and left lung. Had full course of ACT, radiation and more lymph node dissection. Have been on xeloda, capacetabine

GI symptoms
I’ve been on Ibrance for almost 2 years and every month my side effects vary. This month my stomach has been very upset and I’m not sure if this is a side effect anyone has experienced. It’s been about a week of GI issues. Anyone else?

Mouth ulcers
I had experienced terrible mouth ulcers during the month of May. But they were virtually gone in June and now they have reappeared with a vengeance in mid July. I’m wondering if I had a reaction to the recent brain MRI with contrast. I can’t figure out why the ulcers returned since I am now not taking

Arthritis flareup on Ibrance and Anastrozole and Zometa
Hello Ladies! I've just gone through my one year anniversary of being diagnosed with MBC...and am feeling relatively well. I can walk for at least a mile, play golf, and am relatively active for an almost 68 year old woman. My most recent development is a painful flare up of arthritis in my hands,

CVS and UPS
Dear CVS and UPS, It is 110 today in Phoenix - no styrofoam cooler and ice pack survives two day ground delivery in this weather. Dear ladies, Does Capcetibine/Xeloda need to be kept cool? How much of a fuss should I make? I made fuss about Ibrance that’s why I now am the owner of 10 tiny styrofoam coolers

Multaq aka Dronedarone, 400mg twice daily recommend by electrophysiologist (EP)
76 years old, on Metoprolol extended release (ER) 25 mg, Atorvastatin both once daily I was taking Metoprolol ER 100 mg once daily and feeling tired and lacking energy. I also have sleep apnea and epilepsy. My EP says Multaq is expensive but works well. I have also had a maze procedure. I am asymptomatic

Oncologist appt today
My neutrophils are 1.1 so just one month's ibrance prescribed. And I have no option but to be here for blood test and pill pick up. There is no option to do this in Scotland when I visit my partner. So I have three weeks to enjoy life! Now I know what my savings will be used for, flights to return to
