Muscle soreness and supplements
I've been thinking of trying supplements but I'm not sure what best to take, especially as I'm still
breastfeeding
and I'm also asthmatic. Any ideas?

I am also 6 months postpartum and
breastfeeding
. I am scheduled for blood tests on Monday to check for antibodies, but postpartum is the favourite guess at the moment.

Thinking of second pregnancy and advice on breastfeeding with meds
Hi all. i suffered from pp in march this year after birth of my son. I was hospitalised and prescribed Aripriprozole, so i couldn't breast feed. I luckily recovered quickly. I'm still on meds but starting quick reduction. I am thinking of trying for number two in the next year or two. My initial thought

If you could turn back time what would you change?
My last baby stopped
breastfeeding
2 months ago and the endo pain has come back with a vengeance. I've had no surgery so far, and other than the mirena, no hormonal treatments.

Basic Q&As I thought to share
Breastfeeding
seems to protect infants from developing CMPI. - What are the different types of Cow’s Milk Protein Intolerance? Cow’s milk protein intolerance can be divided into IgE-mediated (immediate reaction) and non-IgE mediated (delayed reaction) types.

So grateful to have found this site...
So I had to give up
breastfeeding
after all. Things got so bad I was hospitalised and separated from her again. After going back home yet again I was still not well but thankfully this time we were both sent to a mother baby unit until they changed my anti depressants and I became well.

Migraine mid cycle
During the last trimester of both of my pregnancies and during the
breastfeeding
phase of my second child I had frequent migraines with aura . Since stopping
breastfeeding
in April I have had migraine auras and associated head pain exactly 16 days after my period on 3 different occasions.

NON SMOKING TREATMENTS
Nicotine replacement therapy and pregnancy If you're pregnant or
breastfeeding
and you want to quit smoking, it's best to stop completely and immediately without any treatment. But if you feel you can't quit without help, your GP may recommend NRT to control your cravings.

letter for family and friends
And after pregnancy, hypothyroidism can worsen post partum fatigue and depression, and make
breastfeeding
difficult or impossible. And then there's that issue of weight gain. Your loved one may be following the mostrigorous and healthy diet and exercise program, and yet be unable to loseweight.

Struggling!
I am on Sulfasalazine and still
breastfeeding
. I really don't feel like it is working! My fingers lock in the morning and the inflammation and pain in my wrists is horrendous! I feel like I'm going round in circles between my GP and rheumatologist and it's exhausting!

Combining breastfeeding with formula feeding
I now want to start combining
breastfeeding
with formula feeding and just unsure where to start. She weighs 16lb 5oz. How many feeds per day of each? Which formula to go with? How much formula? Do I still feed on demand ect. It's all a little bit daunting! Thank you in advance.

She is
breastfeeding
so it is best she goes at her own pace. I go on ahead. I actually start the run with Laura on the Stamina podcast and continue with my own music. The weather is lovely and sunny and there's a bit of a breeze.

Questions about fertility?
Is it true that if you are
breastfeeding
you can’t get pregnant? Do I need to use contraception if I have polycystic ovary syndrome, PCOS? I have received a diagnosis of endometriosis, will I still be able to conceive? I never conceived with my last partner.

What to eat for dinner after a Couchto5k run?
I'm not dieting as going to use the running to loose the last stone and to tone up, However I do need extra calories than the "normal woman" due to
breastfeeding
. So basically, what substantial and healthy meal will stop the starvation I am feeling post run?
