Breastfeeding challenges and Cluster feeding

My 3 week old boy has just taken to breastfeeding (with nipple sheilds) however today he has only had 5 minutes away from the breast which is so tiring but also so hard to be able to eat/sleep/shower/move! I know cluster feeding is normal but I feel it’s a bit excessive? I am going to have to express and bottle feed through the night to allow me to get some sleep.

Any tips welcome?

🥴 My daughter has just fought her way through this scenario. Ask your Health Visitor for advice. I know there are are some specific nurses who advise on feeding/breastfeeding 🙂
