Not sure what's wrong.
Since then I’ve had an ECG which I’m told was ok albeit I have slight
bradycardia
. I was also sent for a spirometry test and that came back as fine. Lungs of a 35 year old apparently.

Sinus Bradycardia and first degree AV heartbkock
I have Sinus
Bradycardia
and during a recent Pacemaker checkup I was told I have an increasing AV heart block which my Pacemaker is dealing with. Any comments from anyone with a similar experience would be helpful.

CGRP Inhibitors and RLS
I can't handle the side-effects of Topamax and

keeps the Dr. from increasing my beta blocker dosage. Several here have pointed out how anti-depressants typical make RLS worse and I've read some articles that indicate they are only marginally helpful for preventing migraines. So....

ECG help
Just for background I already have a dual chamber pacemaker implanted due to severe sinus
bradycardia
. However the paroxysmal AF has not got any better with medication hence the ablation being done shortly.

Unfortunately, during the procedure, he "nicked" the part of the heart that controls heart rate, resulting in
bradycardia
(too low heart rate). This resulted in me needing a pacemaker implant.

Anybody with bradycardia (low heart rate)
Along with other unpleasant health effects from that time, I have had
bradycardia
(binodal) very often (almost daily) with rates below 40 bpm not uncommon. One cause of
bradycardia
is inflammation, which is now running rampant in me due to cessation of NSAID use.

Bradycardia from stress/depression
Recently I have been having extreme tiredness and nausea with facial pallor. The lethargy is so bad that I have had to lie on my bed. Unfortunately, I get no restorative sleep. I was taken to the hospital, and chronic stress, anxiety and depression caused by home circumstances were deemed the cause.

Pulse Field Ablation
At the moment continuously in NSR post DCCV in January with initiation of Multaq (giving me some symptoms with sinus
bradycardia
after three week Holter Monitor use - no afib recorded but monitor showed SR/SB with rates 40-100 bpm.). Sometimes dizzy when on a brisk walk.

So what does bisoprolol do?
That's technically considered
bradycardia
which leaves me wondering why I need a drug that reduces my heart rate to that level? Does bisoprolol have other benefits? As I remember pulse was about 54-ish on 3.75mg after the first AF and about 69-ish before AF.

Thankyou - re: lidocaine and bisoprolol.
It seems that nobody has quite had exactly the same reaction as I had with
bradycardia
and plummeting BP or had a local anaesthetic, apart from lidocaine, for surgery whilst on bisoprolol. I’ll just have to hope that they find me a safe alternative on the day. Thankyou all, Teresa X

Too much to take in!
Have also had a 48 hour monitor which showed quite a few ectopics and sinus
bradycardia
but no explanation as to whether this is a problem.

Advise with exercise and heart problems.
I now have
bradycardia
and av heart block. When the symptoms get bad I have chest pain and a missing heart beat. My pulse goes down to the middle 30s. To add to that I have been caring for family members who have had cancer and died and who have had heart attacks that have nearly died.

Anxiety about Ectopic Beats?
Since starting to reduce my dose around 5 or 6 days ago I’ve noticed a massive increase in anxiety levels and episodes of dizziness, light-headedness and
bradycardia
which still seems to happen even on a reduced dose of the beta blocker.
