Would like some suggestions for a B complex product with low dose B12 and folate please
Homocysteine Nutrients
https://www.seekinghealth.com/products/homocysteine-nutrients I really like the sound of this product but I’m concerned about the B vitamins that are missing, namely B3 and B1. It also doesn’t have inositol, choline or biotin, although I don’t know how important they

Elevated Diastolic Blood Pressure & Thyroid?
I’ve read that thyroid issues can increase diastolic blood pressure while systolic remains normal. I’ve been seeing a slight increase / trend with this. Has anyone else seen this and it meant levothyroxine increase needed?

PME/PMDD with depression
I have severe depression and I am starting to think that I might have PME on top of it…every time my period comes the suicidal thoughts and depression get infinitely worse (despite being on meds). If you have something similar, how do you cope with this for that 1.5 week period in time? I can’t even

Attacks
I had been diagnosed by a psychiatrist as being
bipolar
. My therapist writes down that I have General Anxiety
Disorder
. So am I posting to the right group? Also, what is the difference between a anxiety attack and a panic attack?

My experience with mental health and First Episode Psychosis.
The way in which acute Psychosis can affect your life is so overwhelming that I thought I’d write a piece to spread awareness and combat the stigmatization that this symptom of mental health illness has in our society. I have had a few years of struggles with anxiety, panic attacks and depression,

Dealing with Shame & Anxiety
I experienced PPP about 6 months ago. They debated if it was truly PPP or a new diagnosis of bipolar. I personally believe it was PPP anyways, I absolutely humiliated myself and so many people had to get involved to get me to agree to be hospitalized. I had crazy delusions and honestly went absolutely

Are there other mums who have never gone back to work years after having PPP
Well I never recovered from ppp and I now live with a diagnosis of
Bipolar
Disorder
. As such I've not been able to hold down a job and work for 20 years. Are there any mums on here who years later are not back in work and at home? If so how do you occupy your time?

ECT and VNS
I’m out of things to try and feeling very desperate . Does anyone have any experience with either of these treatments? I’m truly suffering and I’m not sure how much more I can take. I’ve tried so many medications and alternative therapies I’m very lonley and I’m worried my depression will never stop.

My Story
Hello all! I've never really shared my story.. If you can relate, have suggestions or anything feel free to comment or message me. Thanks in advance. My first panic attack and anxiety started when I was 10. I developed a fear of elevators. It made going to places, like doctors, hotels, ect. very difficult

Shocked but not suprised at Borderline Personality Disorder (EUPD) diagnosis
Morning I just found out I am diagnosed with Borderline Personality Disorder in an unsettling way. I know I’m not currently allowed to drive and I’m fine with that, but I just opened a letter from the DVA confirming I’m not to drive, and it says about how they’ve accessed my medical records etc and

withdrawing from abilify
I was on 2.5 mg of Abilify for about a month. I felt sick most of that time. Now I’m going off of it because I still have the side effects. I feel sick to my stomach, have headaches and my skin and muscles ache. Does anyone have any suggestions that might help me feel better until it gets out of my system

Why don’t Doctors know/Deal with this hypothyroid issue??
I found what I believe to be an informative and interesting article for people who suffer with Hypothyroidism and all it’s complications. Doctor's like to dismiss us when we complain of unusual pains this article proves what we already know that “we are not crazy”. https://www.rheumatologyadvisor.com

Research Interview at MGHP3
A part of it too is I’ve been in denial about the possibility of having
Bipolar
Disorder
and that having been a risk factor for having developed PPP but when she reviewed my personal history and family history with me it again became apparent that I probably have BD1 with a history of BD2.

lithium and bipolar 2
I am bipolar 2 and have had 5 episodes of depression and some hypomania since age of 20, now over 70. Nevertheless, I was able to obtain a good honours degrees in Science and +2 post graduate management diplomas in Business/ HR. I have had a successful career. This may demonstrate that people can cope
