I have severe depression and I am starting to think that I might have PME on top of it…every time my period comes the suicidal thoughts and depression get infinitely worse (despite being on meds). If you have something similar, how do you cope with this for that 1.5 week period in time? I can’t even function because of the depression fog and severe sadness that I feel, and it takes every bit of self control to not relapse into past self-harm tendencies.
