Almost 1 yr on Peg - Update
Had been on
aspirin
only and monitoring since 2014 (when my GP got two high platelet readings in a row and prescribed baby
aspirin
as a preventive measure (but interestingly enough did not refer me to a hematologist - would have to change doctors for that to happen).

Sunday’s poem Timothy Winters - Charles Causley
Old man Winters likes his beer And his missus ran off with a bombardier, Grandma sits in the grate with a gin And Timothy’s dosed with an
aspirin
. The Welfare Worker lies awake But the law’s as tricky as a ten-foot snake, So Timothy Winters drinks his cup And slowly goes on growing up.

6 month study for use of stent or placebo effect
At the moment meds increased to 60 mg nucleotide monohydrate and been put on 5 mg of amlodipine as well as statins and 75mg of
aspirin
. Wondered if anyone else has been asked to take part in this. My end is Basildon cardiothoratic centre in conjunction with Imperial college.

Hi I have now been given
Aspirin

Beta blocker metroprolol & low EF
I am on statin, brillianta and
aspirin
large dose . My quick questions 1. Does BB helps with EF if so is it reasonable to worry about? 2. Should I ask and stay with lower dose? 3. Is anything else helps with EF such as exercise, diet and other medicine I am on Thanks 🙏🙏

When I started taking
Aspirin
I noticed all sorts of strange colours coming up on my arms . A bump would lead to a huge reddish bruise. Well now I don’t seem to have any of that two years later. Does anyone else encounter this

So I did this 2 days ago after clarifying with a GP, coming off clopidogrel,
aspirin
, Bisoprolol, atorvostatin and Ramipril. No need to wean off. Last night I was sitting watching tv when i suddenly came over dizzy amd started sweating.
