Any IVF success stories with own eggs at 45years?
Hi all, I am thinking of doing my last ever cycle, I'm 45 years and low AMH. I already have a son through IVF (3yrs) but seeing as this may be my last chance I was wondering if anyone has had any success? I have been told that it has a chance of 2% success. Am I crazy to try again? I really dont have

Made the decision to move onto DE š
We had the follow up appointment this morning after our disastrous last cycle ending in no transfer. Our consultant spelled it out to us, another attempt would likely give a less than 10% chance of success, so it was obvious. Weāve spoken briefly about moving onto DE before but now we know itās time.

Recommendation re supplements
Hi allI'm fairly new to the forum and I'm finding all your info and wealth of experience extremely helpful. Have learnt that addressing possible nutritional deficiencies is important before Thyroid hormone therapy can be optimally effective. I have Hashimotos and recently posted full thyroid panel results

Hi all, I'm back with another request for your valuable input. I started levothyroxine treatment for Hashimoto's in February, and at my last review my GP agreed an increase to 62.5mcg (50/75 on alternating days). Things have improved in many areas - I seem to be back to a manageable level of energy in

Phantom Pain and Vitamin D
Recently at Amputee Physio someone (not an amputee or physio) told me the way to alleviate was to take high doses of Vitamin D although they didn't know how high high was! This sounds like nonsense to me. I have been on 1000 IU per day for a few years since a blood test showed my level to be 24% of
