Vitamin D testing

My doctor surgery have agree to test my vitamin levels & I wanted to know

Is the best time to go in morning, or it doesn’t matter it can be done anytime of the day?

No special time for Vit D test, if you are supplementing don't take it before the test on the day, take it after. And as biotin can affect any blood test then if you take B Complex, biotin, hair/nail supplement or any supplement containing biotin then leave it off for a few days before the test.

As I didn’t know if levels would changed thought out the day.
