Xolair! Excellent News!
Unfortunately, did find out that the long term Prednisolone (and Gastroparesis +
Anorexia
) led to osteoporosis/osteopnia, so that's a bit of a bummer. But all in all, I'm doing well (aside from this small flare I'm currently in lol). Hope everyone is doing well.

Update on my Endometriosis!
Hence my chronic pain and now
anorexia
! I don’t mean painful periods, never had one in my life, I mean chronic unrelenting pain, passing blood clots from kidney, bowel obstructions ect… Anyway, I have had 6 tubes of blood taken from me! I look like a cancer patient!

Vagal/Sympathetic Cascade a homegrown theory
Even before I had my first episode of AF in 2011 I used to have a couple of days experiencing nausea,
anorexia
, chest ache abdominal discomfort even pain and a 'wiped out" feeling . It was investigated more than once and nothing found.I put it down to "nerves".

New here- Living in a larger body with anorexia and chronic illness
I use it as a neutral descriptor) and have struggled with
anorexia
for the past 20 years. I was prescribed dieting starting at the age of 10 (although my food was already being restricted by age 7 by my family). I started my recovery about 5 years ago.

Oddly, the article describes tics &
anorexia
as a side effect.

Telling People Re Anorexia History
Hi Everyone, So, I don't know why but my history with AN has been playing on my mind a lot recently and it is really getting to me. It has taken up so much of my life and while I am in a much better place with it than during my 20s, some of the thoughts are still there and I get flashbacks a lot. I

Olanzapine for Anorexia Voices
My 17 year old daughter is suffering with
anorexia
. She is just starting the recovery process with the support of CAMS. Her mood is very low and she is often teary. She has started experiencing voices and Olanzapine 2.5g has been recommended along with Sertraline. Is this the normal treatment.

Help in the New Year?
Now I'm feeling like I'm still not doing well because
anorexia
is always hard to fight, I still find myself restricting but I'm also trying to focus on things I'm loving. I picked up embroidery after months, I find it very relaxing and helpful.

Pain
My granddaughter has recently been diagnosed with
Anorexia
which has had a devastating effect on all the family Should I increase Pred? I feel my GCA is rumbling away a bit with earache, clicking jaw but it’s the generalised pain and headache which is so difficult to cope with.

Can't find any help.
I've been going to the doctors, but the issue is that I have a diagnosis of
anorexia
(for the past eight years), so I'm not taken too seriously. now I'm rapidly losing weight & I really want to stop that from happening, but I'm struggling to cope being in pain constantly & I'm just at my wits end.

When instead of rules, there's stigma. The adventures of a psychology student with anxiety
My dad's coisin had
anorexia
and shizophrenia and now she's a doctor saving lives. Because they care. And they know what it is like. Because they care to study it. I was there, i know how much they studied. In real universities. And yes, they have issues but i trust them with my life.

IBS C Treatment?
I have had this problem for 10+ years and my body will not go back to normal despite no longer being sick with
anorexia
. I'm just not sure what to do?? I am always uncomfortably "full" and bloated.
