hi everyone! I switched treatment after 4 years on Ibrance and it’s been definitely a major mind adjustment. Herceptin perjeta every 3 weeks and Faslodex every 4. If folks went through H/P curious how long g you were on this treatment. I have to have an echo every 4 months so can’t imagine it’s

Odd Lesion
Anyone ever have a cancerous lesion just in tissue not connected to any organ. I have a lesion we are watching behind my left kidney. It has grown from 6mm to 9mm. I have another CT on the 10th. My Oncologist questions that it is actually breast cancer so not biopsied yet.

My tinnitus story so far (9 months and counting)
Here's my story so far, for if it helps anybody. Please comment if it relates to you in any way.
Day 1 - The start
I was at the office and I heard a weird roaring sound in my left ear. I went to the bathroom, held my nose and blew to relieve pressure like on a plane, but it was obvious this

ADT and crying
Does anyone else that has been on ADT drugs for years have trouble with tears or crying for no real reason? I tear up anymore at just the thought of something sad. It’s a major pain in the ass, not to mention embarrassing because I am still employed. Wondering if there is a solution other than stopping

I need to go to go out & do Wk 8 Run 2 this morning & prevaricating (but will do it) …. omeprazole long term
Hello, advice please on long term use of Omeprazole, one 20mgs a day. I've been on Omeprazole for years now as I suffer from GERD. I recently asked my consultant about coming off Omeprazole but he stated as it is such a low dosage, to keep taking. There is so much on the internet about this medication

Is there an "oligometastatic state" for prostate cancer (but not in breast cancer or lung cancer)?
The concept of an "oligometastatic state" is that there exists an early stage where metastases are few in number and are in some way different from metastases that develop later. It also means that there are no micrometastases in systemic circulation (in bone and lymph) and in reservoirs like bone, nerve

Warfarin
For all those who have been happily on warfarin for years with well-managed INR yet are still being badgered by their GP to change to a DOAC with stories of reduced bleeding risk, this study should set your mind at rest that there is no reason to change whatsoever. 5 years ago my father reluctantly
