Spoken to GP at length this morning regarding this awful fatigue I am suffering from, and how awful I’ve felt since starting Amlodipine. He agreed reluctantly that as I’ve been slightly better since stopping Amlodipine a week ago he would remove it from my prescription, but has increased Cozar (Losartan

Anaemia, blood pressure and Amlodipine

It has become routine to take this repeat prescription, so I don't unfortunately know how high my BP is today. However, just recently I have experienced various

Fatigue
Does anyone else suffer with extreme tiredness even after sleeping well all night? I have felt tired all the time recently . I am 71 years old and have been in permanent AF for some years and chose not to go down the ablation route. I have been putting it down to the heat but not sure it is. I take

Hello everyone. I am new to the forum and new to issues with high blood pressure. I am new to this forum and have very recently been prescribed Amlodipine m5g for the first time. They are the Teva brand. I also take Levothyroxine and am allergic to the Teva brand. The coatings are the problem . I don't know if the coating is the same for their Amlodipine. What are alternative

weight gain?
I want to see anyones points of view about weight gain. I have discovered I have gained very little weight whilst on purely Levothyroxine. However I have become much ‘bigger’. My trousers are too tight, I am increasingly ungainly, my muscles are getting worse and even more problems getting exercise

Does anybody have any experience of Methyldopa for high blood pressure?
Hi, Briefly........why I'm asking: I've been on bp meds since HA in 2012. I had quite a drastic acute kidney injury last year when Losartan was increased, and that now rules out Angiotensin II receptor blockers, and Angiotensin receptor blockers. I've been on Amlodipine since last year, which has
