starting t3, t4 combination
Hi, I am hoping to benefit from the experience of others before me. I am currently on 125 mcg Levothyroxine. I will be starting a trial of t3 and t4 combined next week. The consultant is prescribing 75mcg Levo and 10 mcg Liothyronine. She said it would be fine to start on new doses straight away.

Indigestion
I have a dull ache down my breastbone which comes and goes. Although I have a mild heart murmur it has been diagnosed as gastric related and I’ve been given Lansoprazole to try. I’m concerned as one of the side effects is osteoporosis of the hip - I already have osteopenia. Is this type of issue linked

Sense of smell affected?
Just wondering if my fluctuating sense of taste and smell is related to untreated hypothyroidism. I'm bumping along the very bottom of the T4 range on every blood test and have had an abnormal thyroid ultrasound scan. I can go weeks and months with a very poor sense of smell (and taste). On occasions

STILL can't find my dose
Last time I posted, I was going up to 225mcg, when at 200mcg my tsh was already 0.04 and FT4 17(9-19). Biggest mistake I ever made. I ended up feeling worse than ever before on 225mcg after about 4 weeks on it. The most SEVERE bedridden fatigue one could experience and the worst brain fog ever. No
