Ferritin
Hi, I haven't been diagnosed with thyroid problems but I have been having hair loss. My ferritin is 23 (15-150) which seems Low end of normal to me but the doctor said it wouldn't be that causing hair loss because my hemaglobin is normal (don't know the result) is this true or could my hair loss be due

Am I hypo or not?
Hello, I would like to consult with you if thyroids may cause my sympthoms or not. I have definately slow resting metabolism (when not high on cortisol). But thyroids are not just one thing which may cause it. So I would like to consult with you if thyroids are qualified for supplementing or not.

Has anyone of Black or Minority Ethnicity applied for wig help via the NHS within the last 5 years?
Apologies, it's a long post. My SLE caused my hair loss back in 2002. I was very devastated at the time as I loved having my hair braided and the versatility of the different style I could have. My hair loss ultimately affected my self-esteem and body image in a major way. At that time I was unaware

Iv Flolan
Hi guys I am gong into hospital next week to have to have flolan. This will be done by IV and will have to have it every day for a week. This is another attempt to try and heal these ulcers on my ankles. I feel like an experiment sometimes. Will keep you posted. Treatment starts Monday.
