Negative ANA blood result twice... Is there a chance it could still be a auto immune disease?
Hello all! I have been having all sorts of symptoms and illnesses the past 18 months. Started with severe Erythema Nodosum, which lasted 3 months and was so so painful, stopped me from walking and working, as a 27 year old it was terrifying! Joint pain
Hi everyone! I have been lurking for awhile without posting. I have had many symptoms over the years, mainly headaches and fatigue that have always been dismissed. In January I started having pain in my toe joints on the right side of my foot that would come and go. It then spread to my left foot as

Had my first consultant appointment
Hi, I had a positive Ana test 1:320 and positive RO 52 and 60. Good news is that whatever I have he believes is currently inactive. No joint swelling, mouth looks ok, eyes are producing tears. Blood pressure all good too. So no medication for now. Just had the dna and aps test done today as gp hadn

Does this sound right? Really confused
In May this year my routine B12 blood test was 240 (range 170 - 800) with the lab commenting that less than 250 can be considered a deficiency in a symptomatic patient, especially the elderly. Because I have been very fatigued for a very long time (the reason for my clinic visit), my GP started me on

AMA 2 results.
My daughter has a positive AMA 2 reported back not as a titre but as 2560.0. Also ANA positive, speckled titre 80. Does anyone know what that means and how the AMA 2 result can be translated to titre. Thank you

Feeling very lost and alone.
Hi, Diagnosed Lupus Jan 2018. Positive ANA, dsDNA, Rheumatoid Factor, Ro52, Mi2b, anti cardiolipin numerous tests over the past 20 months) I was given an urgent referral to neurology (6 weeks ago now - doesn't seem very urgent) after worsening muscle weakness. My physio did muscle strength test, wasn't

Very confused about ANA test?
Hi there! I have Hashimoto’s + hypothyroidism. I had a full ANA panel done. My ANA screen was positive. Anti-Chromatin antibodies were positive and Anti-Ribosome antibodies were positive. But the DSDNA was negative. The lab results said consider lupus or mixed connective tissue disorder. I have no symptoms

Positive ANA test result today now waiting to see Dr
Hi, I’m new here and after a little bit of advice. I’m 38 and had a miscarriage at 7 weeks back in April. After the initial grief I read that there can be a link between lupus and miscarriage. My mum has lupus SLE and has since I was a child. I was tested In my teens and twenties (no idea what bloods

Latest labs look good?
Here's the deal. I've felt terrible since June 2017 when I was diagnosed with postpartum thyroiditis. I likely had Hashimotos for many years prior but wasn't ever diagnosed. At the time of dx, my TSH was over 100 and free levels were tanked. Symptoms flooded in over the following months including crushing

Rheumatology appointment - not sure what to expect
I'm very new to this, so apologies in advance for being a bit clueless! I had a blood test done for ANA back in the spring and it came back positive, as did some of the subsequent ENAs. I'm not absolutely sure why the blood tests were done, except that my FBC kept coming back with a very low WCC. Anyway
