Hello, you have all been a big help previously and I was after, what will hopefully be, one final bit of help.
Back story, positive ANA result and Ro52 and RO60 positive. Found out I was pregnant on the day of my first rheumatologist appointment so he requested the anti ds dna and sticky blood blood tests.
Results are back in
Anti ds dna 1.2
Cardiolipid 1.6
Does anyone know whether these are good or bad scores? I’m now 7 weeks pregnant (after a miscarriage in April) and have been stressing about the sticky blood result for 3 weeks. Will be seeing rheumatologist in next few days and thought I’d see if you can put my mind at ease?

I'm not really sure normally the cardiolipin test says positive or negative as far as I can remember and then gives a figure. I think I'm usually in the 50's to 260?? I have pretty high levels and have all 3 of the aps ones but there are different ones so u kind of need to know what's what so it's hard to know from what uve said??
Did they tell u positive or negative??
I have lupus and aps and have had 2 successful pregnancies 1st with just aspirin throughout and 2nd with daily fragmin injections and close monitoring from obstetrician and rheumatologist I was also anti ro pos so had scans to check if needed heart scan for baby and then at his birth had paediatrician on standby to check him over in case of heartblock but all was fine. They were both induced at 38wks, wouldn't let me go to term had regular growth scans babies were 5lbs 12 and 6lbs 1 and all good and healthy.
Any questions pls just ask and I'll help if I can it's a scary time I know x
