Low Testosterone reduces Survival by a huge amount.
The cohort is 58 men with unfavorable intermediate risk who underwent RT and 6-months of
ADT
. The important takeaway is that having a low testosterone (T < 280 ng/dL) after completing
ADT
is associated with
extremely poor
survival outcomes.

what’s the best exercise and nutrition while on Abiraterone/Prednisone and Lupron.
I’m on
ADT
for the last 18 months and had radiation and chemo a year ago. I have fatigue and find it very difficult to get the energy to workout. It’s also difficult to get motivation. Does anyone have any suggestions on workouts and nutrition during this treatment?

Decipher question
But Decipher, which focuses on various statistics, doesn't say what the improvement would be with

Diet for ADT
What diet should I be following while on
ADT
for the next two years? Guidelines from handout sheets are contradictary and unclear. I have been on Orgovyx for almost three months, starting on February 27, 2024. My PSA has dropped from 9.2 to 1.2 to 0.9.

Why is my RO changing from Degerelix to Lupron after a month?
my husband started
ADT
treatment and RO informed him that after a month he will switch to Lupron. Is there a reason why he is doing this? As Lupron I read causes depression, anxiety. And if hopefully Degerelix works why change it? Can we request he not ? TIA.

PSA rising after salvage RT. What next?
I'm not on
ADT
. See bio for history. I hate to stand on the sidelines and watch it rise. Is there something I can do, or do I have to wait until PSA rises then have a scan? What is SOC? Your comments are appreciated.

Sclerosis due to cancer or treatment?
I've read that sclerosis can sometime happen when
ADT
reduces tumor size, which means the bone has to adjust. The recent PSMA didn't show any tumor growth in that region.

Zometa and Dexa scan
Onco has suggested Zometa as husband has been on
ADT
for several years. I am reluctant to throw another med at him if it's not definitely necessary. So would you recommend Dexa scan to check for problems before simply accepting Zometa?

Elgard v Lupron
I passed it off to age and time on

Anyone find cold plunge or sauna helpful?
I'm six weeks in on
ADT
. Working to stay ahead of fatigue with resistance training and weighted vest walking as I gear up for radiation and chemo in the next few months. Anyone done any cold plunge or sauna to help battle side effects or get better sleep? What was your experience?
