Advice for adding T4 back in to T3 only?
I'm going to run out of Grossman Cynomel in about three months and I don't seem to be tolerating any of the other brands of T3 I can get hold of - they're giving me
adrenaline
surges.

Adrenaline
I read that while you are adjusting to your thyroid meds and are hovering between subclinical hypo and euthyroid your body will produce more
adrenaline
to compensate. I'm guessing I probably don't notice it during the day, but at night I am feeling the effects.

5months since 2nd ablation
Hi folks, just an update ,after the second ablation which was a more uncomfortable procedure than the first ,I.e I could feel the probes in the heart a lot more , and with the adrenalin used bumping up my heart rate to 180 plus at one time. Because I was getting a tight jaw I received an angiogram which

T3 brand change experiences?
I'm tolerating the Tiromel much better than MercuryPharma but still having
adrenaline
reactions, despite taking doses of only 2.5-3mcg instead of my usual 3-4mcg of Cynomel. I'm struggling to get the doses small enough to not get
adrenaline
reactions to them. I seem to react to the tiniest amount.

Stress and AF
I think it is this that has caused my relatively stable af (supported by dilzem, beta blockers and flecanide plus three ablations) to break down and all weekend I have struggled - mostly when I breath out the fluttering which feels like the sensation when you are very frightened but I am sure it is

adrenal glandular vs adrenal cortex?
The famous
adrenaline
...??? All I'd really want is to wean off the Medrol that I have been on for the past four years, to treat adrenal fatigue...because I have not noticed any real difference or improvement since going on it. And I cannot really see myself stay on it for the rest of my life...

Fluid Balance and Adrenal Fatigue Syndrome
Severe short term stress increases
adrenaline
release as the body begins the “fight or flight” alarm response, which in turn increases the rate of urine flow.

adrenal fatigue treatment?
I've read that a product called SR-Adrenal is recommended by some US practitioners; however, as far as I understand it, SR-Adrenal contains adrenal substance, not just cortex (like Isocort), which also means you'll be getting some
adrenaline
along with the cortisol.

adrenal fatigue support?!
There are hundreds of supplements available online, and some say you should only take adrenal cortex, not whole adrenal, as the latter contains
adrenaline
that will only add to the stress of the poor, struggling adrenal glands...others say "don't take bovine adrenal, only porcine, because much closer

I can't get hold of Dr P yet to ask him directly, but I believe he says that NAX contains the entire gland - and hence contains the entire gamut of hormones, including
adrenaline

CAN You Relate ?
Sometimes I feel detached from my body , I feel real but everything is spaced out as if I'm natural high. AlwayS worried about small things. My eye could be watering& I would have to Google why before I could go on doing something else. Before going to bed I could be thinking about birds. Then next I

Continual physical anxiety
There is constant
adrenaline
in my stomach as soon as I get up and feel like I can't catch a breath properly. This lasts all day. I was prescribed diazepam 5mg but try to only take half of one when it is severe.

adrenal fatigue and weaning off support
Many claim that adrenal cortex is better than extract, as the latter also contains
adrenaline
. It's all very confusing. Adrenal fatigue (which was the diagnosis I got in late 2011) is not the same thing as adrenal insufficiency.
