Pain already!?
I am coming to the end of my ten month treatment of prostap. Already I am suffering stomach and back pains and am starting to worry it's coming back already! I know I can't have any more injections now and am in two minds what to do..part of me thinks if the pain is coming back so soon I should try for

Generic Drugs
There was some discussion recently about different batches of drugs causing different side effects so I thought I would talk to my mate at the pharmacy when I collected my December party bag (Have you got yours organised?) . It seems that in MOST cases the manufacturer (generic or specific) makes no

Moan about ignorant medics
I am just going to tell you my medication saga but before I do I apologise to all the peeps who have much more to put up with. I just need to tell somebody who will understand my frustration! Earlier in the year I was prescribed 240mgs of diltiazem. The pharmacist provided Adizem. I hated it, felt awful

Pains seem to be coming back
Hi everyone! Currently on the 3rd month of my prostap injections and due my last one the 1st of jan. The past few days though I seem to be getting a few pains, not as bad as they were before the injections but they seem very familiar. Not too sure if it's because I'm nearly due my injection or not?

I feel heartbroken
I went for my first appointment at the infertility clinic today to see if I was eligible for Ivf. The good news is that I am, but the first hurdle is that I've got to lose weight. That's not a problem though. I've got 6 months and I'm a bit of a yo-yo'er anyway so I'll gladly lose a bit because I have

I had a laparoscopy 10 days ago and it was confirmed I have Endometriosis. My constulant want to start me on Prostap injections to put me in the menopause. I have search the Internet and the side effects sound horrific. Has anyone else been on Prostap and what side effects did you have. Thanks

Do I have endo removed or not?
This year I discovered I had stage 4 Endometriosis. I had 2 chocolate cysts removed and was referred to a specialist. I have also discovered that my bowel is stuck to my womb and ovaries, and have an obliterated pouch of douglas. After having 2 consultations, I still feel confused about what is next.

Prostap injection
Had my second injection this morning and I'm feeling great! Just another post to tell people, it's so worth trying! It doesn't work for everyone but if it does work, it's fantastic. I haven't had any Endo pain since before my 1st injection which is incredible because my Endo pains were stopping me from

Advice pleeeeaaase :(
Needing some advice … feeling very confused! I was put on Cerazette in May WITH Provera - felt amazing for 4 months, symptoms reduced periods reduced; everything was great. Then they took me off provera and left me on Cerazette in September whilst I was awaiting lap. Had lap - didn't treat anything

Prostap Injections
I am due to have my first Prostap Injection tomorrow (6month course) and I am just wondering if anyone has experienced any weight increase? Also should I expect any pain after the injection etc. Any help/insight would be great as I don't know anyone who has had Hormone Injections to discuss this with

Prostap
Hi For those of you who have had it, got my second injection today, next one due in 4 weeks but surgery closed , due to the holidays, so my options are, get it 2 days before I'm due to or two days after, which is better.

Hospital visit today
I've just returned from my visit to the Cardiology Department at my local hospital. At no time did I see a Cardiologist. A very lovely Nurse Practitioner took all my details and read my ECG print out and then trotted off to see the Consultant. She returned and offered me a cardioversion, but I would

Prostap injection
I had my first prostap injection on the 10th, I know it hasn't been very long but I feel amazing! Since then, my Endo pains have near enough completely gone. I haven't suffered or been crippled up in pain ever since. I have my next one on the 10th December and I can't wait. I was worried I'd get hot

New to me - No longer in Control
Late 50's, single and was in very good shape.. Now out of control with lethargy and shortness of breath, tired etc on several drugs to combat the AF. Not use to ~not being very physical and active and now on the cliff of depression as I was diagnosed with AF a few years ago - Cardizem and Pradaxa

Confused and fed up
Hi everyone Apologies in advance for the long post! This is my first on here and I haven't spoken about this in a while because my problems (mostly) subsided whilst I was on the Depo Provera injection for about 2 or 3 years - so I just got on with it. Background: had 'menstrual' and pain issues
