Parkinsons detox
I just joined this forum after seeing my mom struggle so much with her PD. Over the years have introduced mucana , a few supplements , exercise etc , but a recent fall has really pushed her back where she is tired, sleepy and can barely walk (she was only walking with the helper before also) . Wish

Poor balance
My main issue is poor balance which does improve with exercise but not to the point to which I want. Mirapex does nothing for it. Do you think adding NADH and or Mucina to my list of supplements would help? Or anything else? Thank you T

13 days post ablation.
I ended up calling an ambulance last Sunday and apparently had a 'reaction' to
adenosine
in A&E. I was discharged with Atenolol added to the Flecainide and Apixaban. I'm pleased to say I have been in sinus rhythm since then! Big relief!

Update stargazer finally sees ep
After finally getting my hospital notes i saw i had a pfo, a hole in the heart - so i thought this could be another factor i was' fast-tracked' through for the op - and that my heart rate was so high for so long and the drug that should stop the heart and put in into normal rhythm (
adenosine
) didn't

Hi! Newbie with AVNRT
After 4 days of palpitations I went into A&E with 171bpm which went up to 300bpm every few minutes for 3 and a half hours, treated with
adenosine
, then beta-blockers then flecanaide intravenously. I had some instant seizures throughout this.

His
adenosine
deaminase is highly elevated with mantoux and tst tests negative. His chest x-ray is completely clear and has twice negative sputum tests. Also, his sgot and sgpt levels are highly elevated with clear hepatomegaly in ultrasound scan.

Inhaling supplemental oxygen can awaken anti-tumor cells
The lack of oxygen is a catalyst to the tumor making
adenosine
. The
adenosine
molecule neutralizes the tumor fighting T cells of the immune system. A recent cancer study using mice suggests extra oxygen could boost the immune system’s ability to fight cancer cells.

Going into NSR from AF
I had the same experience but milder when given
Adenosine
in A&E once, when the doctor wanted to see if the tachycardia I presented with was actually atrial flutter. Yesterday morning it did it again.

fatigue
I have mentioned this before but need some more help with this issue. My husband is on Zandopa and supplements and per a post suggestion, I added Moringa twice a day. I think it's excellent for overall health, however, it's not giving him any energy as others have enjoyed. He naps often...He has used

Fatigue & supplements/vitamins?
Hi all, I've had Fibro for a number of years (although only officially diagnosed earlier this year), since childhood I reckon. For many years the main symptoms were pain-related, but more recently, the biggest problem is the cognitive side of the condition. It's ruining my life at the moment...I'm 23

The Importance of Magnesium for endo.
The most important factor in energy production is ATP,
adenosine
triphosphate, which must be bound to a magnesium ion in order to be biologically active." - Anyone with endo knows how tired we all are! "3. Magnesium is intimately involved in muscle function.

Just joined the group, wanted to say hello and give some details of my 'SVT'
The only problem with this medication is when you end up in A & E they give you
adenosine
to stop the SVT which is horrible. If I am having an attack I take and extra 25mg of ateneolol and wait for it to work (atenolol seems to take about 1hr 45mins to work).

Cannibis cure or hoax, ?
We also found that Δ(9)-THC- and JWH-015-induced autophagy relies on tribbles homolog 3 (TRB3) upregulation, and subsequent inhibition of the serine-threonine kinase Akt/mammalian target of rapamycin C1 axis and
adenosine
monophosphate-activated kinase (AMPK) stimulation.

Heart problem in pregnancy
They tried lots of natural ways to stop it but ended up having to give me a few shots of
adenosine
to shock it back into rhythm. They kept me in overnight and started me on propranolol (a beta-blocker) to take daily.
