Acupuncture experience. Sorry such a long post!
Okay... I did it! I didn't freak out (too much 😁). It was a very interesting experience. The acupuncturist was really nice and open and really listened to me for a bit (almost like an extra therapy session for the week!) Then she explained everything as she did it. I shared about my health anxiety and

Giving myself a reward!
My therapist has me trying a reward system for myself and my goal this week was to really go through with the
acupuncture
session and not let my health anxiety win! And I did! Soo today I am rewarding myself with a good drive to a town over to go to a book store I like!

I have heard that
acupuncture
can help in reducing symptoms or even possibly slowing down progression of the disease. Does anyone have any experience with this? Does anyone have any recommendations on how to find a great acupuncturist in the Los Angeles area?

Leg pain
I have started
acupuncture
which I recommend to anyone after meningitis. I imagine it is different for everyone case by case however personally it’s helping me with every aspect of life especially sleeping.

Acupuncture
My wife suggested
acupuncture
about two years ago. Since that time I have been almost entirely symptom-free and prescription free. I go about every 60 days.

Hi everyone! It’s my first time here to this website. I am looking forward to peoples feedback and insight :) 7 years ago I began experiencing this horrible pressure in my face, temples and all around my eyes. It came on out of the blue. Fast forward to present day (to keep my story short) I had been

I’m already doing
acupuncture
, mindfulness and exercise, although I think the exercise will become increasingly more difficult as my stimulation side effects increase. Thank you in advance for any support you can provide.

What pain killers can I use after HA and stents
Had traction,
acupuncture
, tens machine and osteopath. Not even allowed large quantities of alcohol to numb the pain as detrimental to heart drugs.

Hi
Been advised to try
acupuncture
, reflexology etc.. Basically been told to not stress which is pretty hard considering the situation! Looking for emotional support and hope to find it on here! Would be nice to talk to people going through the same thing.

Catching up
Hello everyone, It's been a while since I've posted. I found that I needed a break to focus on aspects of my life that needed more attention. Now I feel like posting an update. Just for grins, I've included a photo of the real Nella peeking out from her hiding place under that corner of the bedspread

We have another 2 pumpkins 🎃 🎃🌈🌈
To think I have literally spent thousands on reflexology and
acupuncture
to try and get back to a 28day cycle and all it’s taken was a £20 course of antibiotics and a £300 test! Why can these tests not be given on the nhs! Could have saved me years of heartache!

Was trying to be really hopeful this time as we had two excellent blasts transferred, we did assisted hatching (one of which was already hatching upon transfer), embryo glue and
acupuncture
. I said to my DH that this would be our last try.

Thyroid and Fibromyalgia help please.
I have been to the physio, chiro, had
acupuncture
, you name it I have tried it. The only relief is pain killers and a hot water bottle. They all say my muscles are really tight, despite seeing them regular. The osteopath said my neck muscle were tighter than when I originally saw him.

Has anybody tried
acupuncture
? Read good things about it and will give it a try for the first time today. I used to be terrified of needles as a kid but it’s ok now. I also used to be totally terrified of all dogs but my sister’s dog was like a therapist to me.
