Thanks for posting the link. Interesting that their study found Tai Chi and Qigong more effective than yoga and meditation. I've been practicing the latter two for six years since diagnosis and found both to be enormously beneficial. Yoga not only for balance, but for strength and flexibility and most of all, body awareness.

Does anyone take Chunghyuldan (CHD) or Ginkgo biloba? Both were mentioned as possibly beneficial. I've no personal experience with either.

I used to have acupuncture treatments about every 10-14 days. This past year, I've slacked off due to time and scheduling issues. I do believe they helped, maybe not in slowing disease progression, but with sleep and pain and internal tremors.
