1 year post hysterectomy
I had a full hysterectomy 1 year ago, saved one ovary so could avoid hrt but it pretty much died within a few months so started hrt in around Oct. Was fine for a good few months but in last month or so feel absolutely awful! So bad off work at moment as the migraines are unreal, having bowel issues yet

Confused - no sac, testing positive, low hcg
Follow up to my last post, I've had two HCG blood tests and the first one came at 65 and the second one which was done 2 days later has come just slightly reduced, yet my clinic has told me to continue with my medication?? I don't understand why? I've asked them and they said its "best practise". Does

Hi there. Just read your story and sounded slightly similar to my own. I am 27 years old and my GFR is at about 26%. Putting me at stage 4 kidney disease. I feel like we are at such a transitional time in our lives that this news is devasting. I can feel your pain. I’m living with my boyfriend who

I am 65, have a benign cyst on an ovary which has been there at least 18 months. The consultant wants me to have a full/total hysterectomy (am in UK so that means total). I am unsure if I should agree as worried about totally losing oestrogen, and some stuff I've heard and read about how you have a

Noobie Hypo struggling with dose/GP and ‘feeling well’
Hi, I’m new. Any advice and guidance would be much appreciated. I started feeling dreadful in 2018, (although on reflection having excessive sweats all my life, sleeping through my A Levels in the 90s all add up) was put on HRT for 3 years. It stopped working, felt worse and different GP at the practice

Progress made starting HRT
Hi Today a nurse has put me on HRT, Estradiol 0.06% gel and Utrogestan 100mg capsules. To be honest, I’m shocked, as the previous nurse I had a telephone conversation with was obsessed with getting my bloods done, and as the keys words were not mentioned by me as ‘no periods’, and ‘hot sweats’, I could

Pain and stiffness - menopause or something else?
Hi. I was put on pred, mycophenolate and alendronic acid for 2 years in 2008 after several strokes and many tests which concluded in a diagnosis of primary (cerebral) vasculitis. I recovered exceptionally well and still take blood thinners now. In 2020 I developed numerous menopause symptoms including

Anyone who knows about hcg and progesterone levels please help!hcg update
Hi ladies! If you seen my previous post I had a natural bfp last week and still getting a dark line on frer. I did beta on Monday which was day 30 and the results came back today at 102. My progesterone level is 86.6 nmol/L Is this too low for it being a viable pregnancy? I can’t look into a repeat

I'm back...With line eyes
Hi Everyone, It's me again. I am scheduled to start my frozen egg transfer this month and just waiting for my period to make an appearance. However, I've been feeling similar to how I have felt in my previous 3 pregnancies so I decided to take a test. According to my ovulation date, I wont be due a period

Is anyone on T3 only and experiencing anxiety and symptoms of worrying lots? Wondering if this is a menopause or thyroid issue..
I was currently taking metavive for my under active thyroid, but due to self dosing it wasn't working as I was on too high a dose. When working out (seems a life time ago!) my heart rate was 200bpm. I therefore came off metavive and now seeing an endocrinologist. I am now on T3 only as thyroxine didn't

***SENSITIVE*** OTD
Hellooooo, hope you are all well and happy 💕💕💕💕💕 It's finally OTD and the TWW is finally over. I was in Prague for my treatment and had to travel back home on 7dp5dt. I was really scared as I had lost one of my natural pregnancies after air travel, so was anxious and tensed to say the least. 8dp5dt

B12 blood test private
Hi❤️ I'm having a good look through my blood results after reading some posts regarding B12.. My surgery are unwilling to test vitamin and minerals along with thyroid 😠 but I've looked through my last 2 years of print outs and I've never had my B12 done🤷♀️ I know it will be futile asking my surgery

Hi everyone. Sorry a bit long winded.🥺 Recently I have developed reactions to medication. In January I developed rash to my HRT patch that I had been using for 6months, then an allergy to my perfume. In Feb I started on methotrexate for my arthritis but I got really bad nausea that lasted 4 weeks, then
