going through perimenopause & seem to have bouts of different symptoms like hot flashes etc, but over the past couple of weeks I’ve been feeling really tired, I know I wake on & off during the night most nights, but I just feel exhausted , would going on HRT help relieve this ? It’s impossible to get an appointment at my doctors , even econsult they turn off when they get busy, is there anyone to speak to about this and discuss going on HRT ?

Private menopause clinic, keep trying with your doctors or even change your doctors as it doesn’t seem very professional turning off econsult.
