Did anyone have MGUS progress into CLL, and after treatment for CLL, did your MGUS improve or no longer exist?
I was diagnosed in October 2021 with CLL, and will be starting treatment with
Acalabrutinib
in two weeks. I asked my doctor if
Acalabrutinib
would treat both my CLL and MGUS. He said CLL makes the MGUS protein and that the treatment should apply to both conditions.

Ibrutinib, Acalabrutinib, or Zanubrutinib
If you had your choice, for initial treatment in low risk CLL, which would you choose Ibrutinib,
Acalabrutinib
, or Zanubrutinib ? I ask because, some health care organizations are offering a change from ibrutinib to their patients.

Understanding Acalabrutinib
My understanding of
Acalabrutinib
is that it is a more recent form of ibrutinib in which various side effects have been eliminated or reduced. Does it have more curative properties, or lose any of the properties that ibrutinib currently contains? Am I understanding this correctly? Thanks - Dan

Acalabrutinib
Good morning folks. My consultant, Dr Munro rang yesterday. All good, I had had a CT scan a few weeks ago to check progress of lymph nodes and spleen. She said that the CT scan just showed a small ovarian cyst not changed from last time and all lymph nodes had reduced considerably. White cells are down

Zanubritinib for CLL, started yesterday.
Thompson at MD Anderson prescribed Zanubrutinib because Ibrutinib and Venetoclax were pretty toxic for me on the first go round, and I have migraines so
Acalabrutinib
was out because he said it causes headaches. No problem getting it approved by my insurance. Just started taking it yesterday.

Experience with lower dosage of BTK Inhibitors (Ibrutinib, Acalabrutinib, Zanubrutinib)
For those who were initially on lower than the stanrdard dosage of BTK inhibitors, what was your longer term trajectory ? Did it work in lower dosage, or you had eventually to bring it up ?

Acalabrutinib 2 Weeks in
Hi all, I started my
Acalabrutinib
treatment 2 weeks ago. I have to say I have no side effects other than a slight headache in the mornings when I wake some times. My Lymph Node which have been up to 8cm in my neck and groin have reduced in my neck and only slightly in my groin so far.
