weird Abscess in groin area

I hav dealt with many abscess surgeries over the years ..

for the past 5 weeks I’ve had this weird bump develop.. it itches , stings and has not responded to creams .. etc

It has a raised ring around and it reminds me of a volcano base that has collapsed inwards ( clear liquid draining with a little blood but does not feel like any abscess I have ever had before

Any advice suggestions are welcomed..

Best advice would be to send this message to your dermatologist with the photo, as you are right, it doesn't really look or sound like a regular abcess.
