not as bad as I thought. :-)

Was dreading the "bench dips", but they're not really that bad. Or perhaps I'm not doing them correctly... though am following Laura's instructions to the letter and have checked the video.:-)

Well done ! Have you tried the version with straight legs yet? I find it so hard but satisfying. Odd how things you struggle with are the ones that give more satisfaction in the end.

Haven't done s and f for a couple of weeks now, but plan to fit it in tomorrow during walking the dog. I like the bench dips, in fact I like all of s and f and have missed it!
