Found the last exercise (triceps stretch) unbelievably difficult... definitely need to work on those muscles! Like the way Laura tells us to keep our heads straight, chins out at just the right moment.
Find I'm doing some of these exercises at odd moments during the day in addition to the proper workouts. Does anyone else?

Yes I find I do stretches in the kitchen. I think its all that stretching to reach something in a high cupboard that starts me off. Or else when I'm a bit bored cooking dinner, a couple of stretches passes the time!
