Another wet one. :-(

So I was determined to do these exercises outside whenever possible, however.... When I opened the door this morning and saw the buckets of water being thrown out of the sky I changed my mind. I was sure the cupboard could stand up to another set of pull ups.

Today was my final set of podcast 2. It's strange as I'm settling into these exercises I'm getting so much more out of them. Engaging my tummy and bum, really feeling those stretches, really improving my posture. I'm really looking forward to podcast 3 now. It's a shame I only have one more set before I go away for work. There's going to be no opportunity for exercise whilst I'm away as I have super early mornings and late nights. Oh well fingers crossed the rest will just give my muscles time to catch up with my mind.

Hey AnnaDJ,

Take your MP3 player and gym kit with you...you never know. You may get a spare 45 minutes here and there.

Not a chance. I start at 7am and finish at 6pm. When I'm not working, or in the bar I'm going to be sleeping. This is my only chance to meet up with some of the people I work with in a year as we work remotely. Fitness will have to wait until broken me comes back on Monday. Run tomorrow and S&F om Wed then 4 days away, lol.

Hi AnnaDJ,

How are you getting on?

Completely lost the plot when I went away. Came back and over trained. Just started putting it all together again 1 week ago. I managed a 28min run this morning and am planning my 1st S&F in over two weeks tomorrow. I feel like I've gone to pot even in just a few weeks.

Physically, you won't have lost anything in two weeks. The fact that you've already got a 28m run under your belt is proof of your resilience. Well done! What S&F week are you on?

I was meant to be 3 but I'm going to head back to 2. I need the confidence boost.
