Yesterday I reached my Target of 14000 meters in 4 days to complete my rowing Valentine Challenge by Concept2, and I received this lovely Valentine card!
And I am truly in love with my indoor rower, which gets to see me at least 4-5 times a week!

Well.... unbelievably...it will certainly be a Yoga one... (not today's Self Love with Adriene, that is a long one and I have to be out for a Wild Beings walk today at a Local Wildlife trust site).but it will be the YWA session for Anxiety and Stress.
Lots of that these last months have taken a a toll and the wonderful relief from that with her sessions have made a massive difference to me.
I wish I could have done a real all time favourite of a run, across my beloved fields... but that cannot happen right now...the runs will, as will my fields be waiting... and then I shall feel the love x

Yoga with Adriene and walks at a Wildlife Trust sound lovely! Enjoy! The runs will be a patient love, being there for when you’re ready. 🙂
