Week 5 of this plan can always be used for those who just need a little 35 minute workout, and for those completely new to working out, head to week 1 of the podcast.
These are perfect to do outside, in the Garden or a Park, specifically in the freshness of a wintersโ snowland, but dress to stay warm but not hot!
